Grace In Small Things - Part 1 of 365 (?)

I've been meaning to do this, but don't really have the faith in myself that I can keep it up. Still, think I'll try. You can see what it's all about at Grace In Small Things.

1. A new scarf started.

2. My overgrown lavender in the front yard (and the challenge of saving it)

3. Parker Palmer's A Hidden Wholeness

4. Football starts tonight!

5. J11 telling me loves me -- when no one else is around and when I least expect it.

You grow lavender? That sounds wonderful. Do you catch whiffs of it when your windows are open?

I've never heard of that book so I clicked through the link. It looks soooo good. Lavender. I adore the smell.

Mmmmmmmmm, lavender. Almost as good as jasmine. I'm grateful for both of them.

That is one of the things I will miss about my old house, the lavender I had planned in my front yard. Hummm, well, I guess I should plant some here too. I love your grace in small things idea...it brings a little grace to my day. Thanks.

Beautiful. (Except #4! Just kidding.) I wish I was motivated enough to preserve my lavender.
